Hi. New user. I have skirt set to 4mm and 2 outlines. I have no global Z entry, and my start height is 0.09mm. However, I can not get a skirt to render or print.
Help please. Thanks.

I think you have those settings mixed up. You don't want to use the "start printing at height" option if you are just trying to make slight adjustments to your nozzle positioning to help with first layer adhesion. You want to use the global Z-axis offset for that.
So disable the "start printing at height" option and then change your global z-axis offset to 0.09mm and it will work
