Can't add more profiles - Simplify3D Crashes

I am having trouble adding new profiles to Simplify3D. If I try to add a new setting and then click "Update Profile", Simplify3D will crash and when I start it back up, that new profile won't be in the list anymore. I've deleted some profiles so I don't have so many and that didn't help. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but I am still having this problem. Whichever profiles I have on there already I can save and modify however I want. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

My guess would be that you have a corrupt profile or something that is causing problems. Save the profiles that you need by going to File > Export FFF Profile. Then go to Help > Reset All Settings. That will reset everything to clear out any corrupt settings. Then just import your profiles using File > Import FFF.
