Hi,

Just built an E3D BigBox, made a few prints... I use Fusion 360 to design, S3D to slice and OctoPrint to print.

When I get to Octoprint with a gcode file I load this and hit Print. The temp is set for the extruder correctly at 190oC but not for the 60oC for the bed.

I can set the bed temp from the BB front panel just fine but it would be simpler to have it already setup.

Should I be using OctoPrint to set the bed temp and not S3D maybe?

But if I can set this in s3D where to set it? The only ref I can find is if I'm sending the print direct from s3D to the printer........which isn't possible in my case.

Click "Edit Process Settings", go to Temperature tab, and select your heated bed from the list on the left. Then just edit the setpoint temperatures.

If you only have one setpoint (for example, layer 1 - 220C), then it will use that temperature from layer 1 onwards (i.e. for the entire print)
