Reprap screw pitch input

For reprap printers I would like to see a custom setting where we could add the lead screw pitch of the Z axis, and a Automatic layer calculation for any given layer height with correct output depending on users z pitch. this option would dramatically improve printing resolution and help save time to on manually calculating it.
