What is required for a profile to work with the Dual Extrusion Wizard?
I've created a profile for my P3Steel and added the second extruder, but it refuses to allow me to choose it in the Dual Extrusion Wizard. Other profiles, like the Wanhao Duplicator 4/4X Dual work fine.

I would pick a similar dual extruder profile that S3D already provides, and then just modify that so that it matches the settings for your printer. That's probably the easiest way.
