Simplify3D User Forum

I've been trying to get the start and end points right for ages now, still no joy. I've tried increasing, decreasing coasting and - restart distances and it never seems to get any better. I'm printing inside out; I think it happens when it stops before it moves to the outside.

I've attached my FFF profile and factory file, plus an image.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm printing on a Mendel90.
