Is this over-extrusion OR retract issue

Wondering if someone can chime in on what this artefact at the front of the pointy cake-shape really is.

Layer height is 0.3, get the same with 0.2.

That part looks really thin. If it gets smaller than your extrusion width, you will start to see issues like this.

Just for the record the nozzle width is 0.4 and the shell is 1mm with extrusion width set to 0.5 in S3D.
