Concentric infill

Hi All,
I have been recently designing cylindrical shaped objects so I thought i would make use of the concentric infill rather than the rectilinear infill to match the piece more. However, i seem to be getting an annoying thing where the print head starts clockwise from inside out for half the piece, then changes to anti-clockwise for the rest of the fill. This results in an uneven finish as a small gap is left in the surface. This only happens on the very top surface, the other 2 top side infills all fill in one direction.
I cannot take a clear photo of the piece but the slicer actually shows the issues in the print screen:
If you follow the outside edge in, before you get to the external edge near the middle of the piece there is a slight gap forming another ring which marks the position where the print head changes direction.
Is there a way to stop this at it would look cleaner if it filled the piece all in one direction? Seeing as the other top layers don't do this it is annoying the very top layer decides to do it?
