"dense INFILL layers"

The "dense support layers" feature works marvellously well.
There is perhaps another application for the same concept?
At present, how do you print a 5cm cube with 0.1mm layer height and 10% infill?
The problem being the top layer: at such a low layer height the filament will likely break rather than span the voids between infill lines.
For a 1cm cube, I think, our workaround is to say "what the heck, I'll up the infill to 40%" and it's true that there is not much plastic at stake!
But for a bigger cube it becomes upsetting to have to up the infill %.
Personally I create a second process just to do the top layers and increase the layer height to 0.2mm. A workaround with consequences since those fatter layers will be noticeable on the side of the part. Perhaps someone has a better way?
In any case an option to add "dense infill layers" in a way analogous to the "dense support layers" option might do the trick nicely.
(Caveat: when printing at 0.1mm I find it necessary to set "Sparse Infill every 3 layers" to prevent filament breakage. This would apply here, not least because those dense upper layers would be spanning voids.)
