First layer above support

Little help I am having a problem with the first layer above the support. Know it must be some simple setting.
PLA with .04mm Nozzel on a Pursa I3 MK2.

I know a picture can paint a thousand words.....but in this case a description of what you feel your issue is would be helpful.
