Simplify3D User Forum

How can I get a paper print out of the cross section view of an stl file? It would be helpful for patent applications and marketing.

You could slice it and then drag the slider in preview to the z height cross section of choice, and then do a screen capture to do with as you please. There are myriads of freeware that will do that.
