Blobs even using "Wipe nozzle" or "Coast at end"?

Dear all,

I am quite new to S3D and need your help please.
I wanted to print a nozzle for a PET bottle. To avoid the blobs I activated 'Wipe nozzle':

The printing result is here:

(please right click this image then 'open in new window' to get original size)

As you can see in almost evey layer ther is a small blob. The blob appears exactly where S3D is doing the "Wipe nozzle" operation.
(follow the pink arrow).
I also tried with "Coast at end" but I get similar result :-(.
I thought "Wipe nozzle" and / or "Coast at end" is especially to avoid these small blobs!?! What I am missing?

What I could do to improve the result?

(factory file is attached)

Thanks fro any help!

I would disable the nozzle wipe if that's what's creating the extra defect. Perhaps your printer doesn't need it..

I use a MAKEiT Pro, and have been gradually dialing in settings to get rid of blobs and oozing.

With ABS and PET+, setting Coast at End to 2-3mm, Retraction Distance to 6, and Retraction Speed to 80 I've managed reduced blobbing and oozing. YMMV

For PLA, I use Wipe instead of coast.
