Separate Fine Controls for External vs Internal Fill

Currently you can fine-tune the Infill with settings such as:
Outline overlap____%
Infill extrusion width____%
I'd like these variables separate for internal and external infill.
I would like the ability to have more outline overlap and extrusion on my solid top layers, than on my infill layers. I've found that the best settings for a topside surface, involve too much material to make the smoothest side walls.
Seems like it would be an easy thing to implement as well.
