activation failed 1008c

sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, works fine on one pc but not the other, have tried uninstalling reinstalling deactivating running as admin checked firewall searched the net for answers but nothing works. have emailed support several times and they are next to useless, I see others have had this problem too and also receive next to no help from support. I'm sick of it paid a lot for this and have things to do ffs

Is your computer connected to the internet and does your firewall/antivirus allow programs to do the same??
