problem with bottom layer quality on support

Hi, i'm from chile and i need help.

when i print with support, the part of the piece that's in contact with the support, has a very low resolution, instead the rest of the piece has a very high resolution.
i dont know wich part of the configuration i do wrong to obtain the same quality in all the piece.

I have a leapfrog creatr.

salutes!

if you add dense support layers then open the gcode file in notepad.

"ctrl F" search for dense and change the speed to 1000 or so.

i get pretty good bottom layers as the dense support layer acts like a good base

I use 3GX not sure I can alter that. I'll go back to using V2 I think. It was great with that version.
