Ok, something is weird.

My printer keeps rebooting after sending file over. It shows receiving job, then the lights go out and it reboots.

I was using 3.1 so I downgraded back to 3.0.2. Not rebooting now, but I am getting a weird glitch. It stops printing after 2 or 3 layers (even on multiple items).

It shows cartridge error.

I am using WCTEK Zerocartjr

Please help.

Can you post your factory file? Perhaps it has to do with the settings you are using

I will upgrade to 3.1 again after I finish a print. Then I will see if the problem persists.

By file, you mean the Gcode or just the file? I know the file works on 3.0.2 because I have printed it already. As for what I printed, I will attach the spiral pawn. Any attempt at more than 1 was causing a reboot.

No, I mean the factory file. Setup everything, and right before you click "Begin Printing over USB", go to File > Save Factory File.

Ok, as soon as I upgrade I will send it.

So far so good. I wonder if there was some XYZ shenanigans going on. I will update the thread should I start to have problems again.

Good, I'll see if I can try this. You're using the da Vinci 2.0 duo, but what exact firmware version does your printer have?

Just reporting back. This has been fixed with latest update. S3D sent me a FFF profile which did not have this rebooting problem.
