Printing in air.

I have a Flashforge Creator 3d, it's been gathering dust for a few years, firmware is sailfish.

I have some prints generated in replicatorG that work fine, I am trying to use simplify3d to print and i get the following issues:

The print starts without the build platform being engaged
One of the two nozzles works (inclduing at heat)
The print starts where the default position of the print head is.

The end result is the preheating only heats up one nozzle and then the print starts at the top, not even above the build platform.

I've tried a few different stl files from thingiverse and i get the same result every time. The printer works fine with a previous print not generated from simplify3d.

My build area is set to 225,145,145 and offset is 50,50,0.

Any advice appreciated.

Re: Printing in air.

Just go to help > configuration assistant, and re-download the profile for the flashforge creator. I've used that one and it works absolutely fine. No issues with Z-axis or heating. No changes needed.
