Support Material outside/over skirt loops

Minor behavior issue.

I noticed on a few prints this week that the support material generated was either outside or run on top of the skirt, leaving the support stuck to the skirt. Should this be happening? Shouldn't the skirt encompass the overall footprint of material on the first layers, including any generated support material?

I actually use this all the time to help provide a nice big solid surface under my support structures to help hold them down. So I hope they don't change it!

Plus, I think it's more important to hold the model down then to print a ring around the outside of the supports
