New Download - Print Files To Big

Hello I just installed Simplify and selected my BNC3D Sigma printer profile, however, when I go to load a file it tells me that the print is too big for the platform and them we just get a spinning wheel in mac. I have tried uninstalling but when I re-install the same issue appears.

Hmm.. it's working fine for me on my Mac. Is it just one file or does it happen with multiple files? You might want to try importing the model a few different ways. For example, try dragging and dropping it onto the interface or try using the Import button or the menu bar. See if one of those methods works.
