Simplify3D User Forum

Noticed that S3D 3.1 shows support for Raise3D N2 Dual. However still unable to get it to work yet.

So does anyone have your N2 Dual working natively with S3D 3.1 yet? If so would mind posting your Factory file here, or what you have successfully adjusted to get it everything working.

Understand the graphics on the touch 0.7.0 is not supported natively yet, so excluding that.

My friend has the N2 dual and he's just using the stock S3D profile that's included. Hasn't had any issues and he's already done lots of prints with it.

If you're having a specific problem, I would post more details about it here if you want help (pictures, files, etc)

I've used S3D for quite some time with amazing success with my MB Replicator2 farm.

Using the default profile for Raise3D N2 Dual

Auto-Configure for Print Quality -> Medium
Auto-Configure Extruders -> Left Extruder Only

Notice that Left Extruder shows at Tool 1

I slice the model, preview looks great.

Save Toolpaths to Disk

Copy the test print.gcode to USB...

N2 shows build plate heating to 60 (ignoring for now)

Then Right nozzle heating to 210c

Testing temp, shows Right nozzle is heated up to 210c.

I have noticed that the Tools Index for the N2 Dual that installs with S3D 3.1 is wrong.

For Raise3D N2/N2+ Dual it should be:
Left = T0
Right = T1
Heat Bed = T2
Also need to fix it on the Temperature tab in FFF Settings.

I will make a simple as possible N2 Dual template, to work with R3D Premium Filament.

Speeds & spacing need adjusted as well.
