In short:
Select model/models (may be several!), click something like "Replace" and select new STL which would be put as that models (several times if there were more selected) with previous settings (position, rotation, scale and assignment to process!!!).
I have project with 60 objects (copy of one) but printed one by one. Replacing to "next" version of model is horrible.

Also tired replacing models and assigning transforms and processes again and again. Strange that there still no such feature.
