Printed Piece Coming Off Support

Every time I try to print a round object on the bottom, like a ball, the round object comes off the support during printing. So mid-print the object releases and the printer then just prints a stringy mess in air. The support structure stays in place on the bed.

Any tips on what I need to fix in order to keep the object stuck to the supports until the print finishes?

A factory file would be far better!! We'll be able to see current settings....and be able to suggest changes!

With S3D in a "ready to print" state...File menu====>Save factory file
