Single line (.4mm) printing

Have a DeltaWASP 2040 coming, but bought this software ahead of time to get familiar with it.

Build a cookie cutter for my wife's business, wanted to have the cutting edge at minimum or finest res so I created the model with a .4 thick cutting edge. Looks good on the imported STL, but slicing does not recreate the single line edge on the top.

Attached is a PDF of settings and views of the model.

Enable the "merge all outlines into single solid model" option on the Advanced tab, then just set your infill percentage to zero, use 0 top and bottom solid layers, and set the number of perimeters to 1. That's the easiest way to get a perfect single outline print.
