[ADDED] Support base layer

I'd like to see a first solid layer beneath all "bed-touching" supports. Support bed attachment failure sometimes occurs especially when just a few support convolutions are to be printed. In such cases we get floating subsequent layers which can mess up the print either by entanglement or loss of support higher up. I sometimes try to deal with this by brim use but that can use up considerable time and filament if the offending support is some distance out from the native base layer.

This feature was added in version 4.0, so you can now set the number of solid support base layers that you want on the Supports tab
