Well it doesn't look like you printer is responding at all. Do you have the serial drivers installed? Are you sure nothing is already connected to the printer? Have you been able to connect from other programs yet? What output did you get when connecting from something else?

BCN3D runs 250k baud - you'll need to use the correct baudrate for starters. They have a setup guide here, too:
