I am trying to get my Axiom Dual running with dual extrusion, but can't get it configured properly. I have a built a profile for the printer, but when I go to "Dual-Extrusion Configuration" wizard, only the profile for my Flashforge Dreamer shows up. In addition, when I go to edit the process settings, there is no auto-configure option for dual extrusion. Any suggestions?

It's probably because you don't have any auto configure extruder options (I'm pretty sure the dual extrusion wizard uses those)

Easiest thing to do would be to download any other dual extrusion profile that's already in the software and then go to File > Export FFF Profile and compare it to yours. It should be pretty obvious what's missing.
