Sync Profiles

I have a Mac Desktop and a PC Laptop. Since we have to sign in in order to use the software. (Yes I know it is for licencing.) But if there were an option to sync the profiles together so on both computers I have the same profiles and the same settings for those profiles. So if I edit a setting on my desktop the next time I open my laptop it will be on my laptop. Thank you for allowing me to add my input.
