Airwolf3D Axiom and S3D

Hello, new S3D user here and I'm trying to set up the software for printing on our Airwolf3D Axiom single extruder. I downloaded the FFF file from Airwolf3D's Public Dropbox, however in a previous post on this forum someone mentioned needing a Global G-code offset in order to prevent the toolhead from crashing into the side of the build plate, can anyone comment on this?

Are we safe to run the Axiom with the default FFF file, or is modification needed in order to print properly? Scared to try out our new software until we know for sure, would hate to take one of our machines offline for weeks while it gets repaired (again).
