M3D Filaments

I'm using an M3d Micro printer and I see there are presets for PLA and ABS. Please consider adding presets for the other filaments such as ABS-R and tough 3d Ink.

If you already know what temperature you want to print at, it's pretty easy to add a new filament type. Just click the "+" sign beside the list of materials. Then you can edit the settings as needed.
