I've noticed you have introduced Dremel Idea Builder into the Configuration Assistant. I have a Dremel 3D40 Idea Builder and can not seem to connect to it. Anyone able to connect or do I need to export to save file and copy to card?

I have the same problem. I can download to the SD card, only.

Same for me, 3D40 with latest firmware, Simplify3D up-to-Date as well.
When the Print Studio-Software provided by Dremel is installed, S3D won't connect because the Interface is already in use (background services). When the software is uninstalled, it'll connect, however the print-process stops right after the heat-up, while telling the print is already done.
Any suggestions here? I'm a bit disappointed, as S3D is advertising it's compatibility to Dremel.
I'm using a Mac.

When I was playing with print studio, I ended up uninstalling it, but the background service was STILL running in the background, even with the program installed. I actually had to go in and forcefully stop it. So if you're having trouble connecting, you might want to double check that since their uninstaller apparently doesn't do it by itself.

Have you tried printing from the SD card yet? Does that work?

I manually deleted all files related to the Print Studio, especially the folder Library/AutodeskPrintStudio, without that it wouldn't connect.
However, I'm not sure if there are still files left.
How do you force stop the background service?
But I think because I was able to connect, the background service was not a problem anymore.
Printing from SD-Card/USB-Stick works great, also files created by S3D!

I had to open the task manager in Windows and manually end the process called "Print Manager Service Manager". I also had a bunch of leftover "Evented I/O for V8 JavaScript" processes that I think are also left from print studio, so I had to kill those too before it would connect.
