Simplify3D User Forum

Good day!

I have managed to get the MP to have an address listed 10.X.X.X using the Malayan desktop and android app. However, I can't seem to get S3D to find the printer. I've tried many settings. What am I doing incorrectly?

Here is a quote from S3D about another wifi capable printer. It woul;d appear that you will need a secondary program to make the wifi connection.

"The printer has USB, SD card and WiFi capabilities. Through Simplify3D software, users are able to directly print over USB as well as save to SD card. For WiFi capabilities, users are still able to use FlashPrint software and route the Simplify3D made G-Code through FlashForge’s program."

I think that quote above is just for the Dreamer. I use it to print directly over wifi to my Da Vinci Pro, no other software required.

Yes it was for the dreamer. Just an example I found.

Carl, what printer and how are you connecting via WIFI? Just wondering since I have not tried it.

I know that some people use the Malayan link(circle with the M in it), however it still isn't "seeing" it. I also am aware of repetoir? not sure how to spell that, but I guess that's what I'd need? weird.
