Bug Report: Skirts and brims

So I discovered that if you have 2 processes going and one has a skirt and the other a brim AND they are both in the same y-axis General coordinates then you get brims on both parts.
Details:
I had a bunch of small identical parts that I had set up with default skirt; 1.6mm away from object single layer single line, that filled the build plate 3/4 of the way from front to back on my Prusa i3 mk2. Behind this array of 15 identical parts I added another , last piece of 16 units, of the same part and a single import of a unique part. On the 16 small pieces I used the standard skirt mentioned above but on the single unique part I used a 5-6 layer brim. The preview, and the hard output, made all parts with a 5-6 (can't remember exactly how many) line brim. I fiddled around and found that if I moved the 16th copy to an area in front of the front edge of the unique part's coordinates then the skirt and brim functioned properly.
In other words having a part with a skirt only on the same "row", in this case, caused the whole plate to brim.
Hope this helps solve this issue.

I don't think it has anything to do with the "row" that the part is in, it just matters how close the parts are. It's already mentioned in a few places that if you have 2 parts that are really close together, they can't use different skirt/brim/raft settings, since those things could overlap and it would otherwise create a big mess. So if you place your parts really close together, they need to use the same skirt settings.

If you want to use different settings, just move them further apart

I understand that issue that you pointed out...but I suggest you try this yourself. I can move the "different" part well away from anything else and it STILL effects the brim on the part on the same row. I actually re-tested this (over and over and over). Furhtermore it appears the the 1st process over-rules the second process in this behavior. As in... if process 1 has brim with 6 outlines on the single part on back row then a duplicate part from the multiples that resides on the back row and defined with a process that has 1 skirt/brim at a distance from the part...the whole plate will have 6 outlines. Remove the single duplicated part (16th in my example) on that back row and the correct skirt/brim occurs. Then...if you change the process order for the parts the 1st process over-rules the second. It had nothing to do with distance from the other parts.
Very hard to explain but frustrating. I wish support would contact me because it is hard to communicate without photos.

I did try it myself. I moved the part further away and it worked fine. Just downloaded your file again and did it a second time - still works correctly once I move the part far enough away.
