Ok,
SO I used Zbrush 3D Printer plugin and set the size to 4.7 inch(roughly 119 mm) but I get what is showing in the picture. I'm very confused about this scaling in S3D. I need to really know specific sizes here and from what the software is showing, it's only 77.53 mm high.

Can someone please explain the scaling?

If I set the Y to "119mm", it will be HUGE and outside the box. From previous printings, the box only held 4.7 inches...so this really confuses me.

What's difficult about posting images? You just click "Upload attachment" when your posting and select the file.

Anyways, S3D doesn't do any scaling when you import the part initially. It just shows it exactly how it was exported to the STL file. So if the part is coming in at the wrong size initially, then something is going wrong during the STL export process.

Spend more time thinking...less time being rude! Follow the crudely drawn arrow......."Upload attachment"

You might want to check the axes on the coordinate system in S3D. Z points up. Your Z dimension is 116.9mm. I believe that's pretty close to what you wanted.
