Simplify3D User Forum

I designed an object in SketchUp, exported the STL file, and when I open it in S3D the object looks correct, but when I prepare for printing, the hole gets filled in... we're talking 19mm hole... disappearing... I'll post a photo when I get home, but if anyone can help in the meantime, I'd appreciate it

Sketchup is notoriously bad at creating good models for printing. I'd recommend checking to see if the model has errors (https://www.simplify3d.com/support/arti ... sh-errors/) and possibly running it through netfabb (https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net/)
