Printer randomly backtracks on most layers

I have a lulzbot TAZ 5 and I have been printing with it solid for about a year and a half now. Recently I've been having an issue where the printer during a circular articulation movement will get to the end of its travel and wiggle backwards. It's really strange because it doesn't always happen and it doesn't always happen in the same spot. The attached photos show an example of what I'm talking about, I'm thinking this is some sort of bug in the slicer but I just want to check in and see if anyone has experienced this or if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it. Thanks!

If I was going to troubleshoot this, I'd probably try the following
- run an old gcode file that you know printed correctly before and watch to see if it has the same problem. If it does, then maybe something changed with the firmware/hardware
- try to recreate that same gcode file using your current settings. If this new file has the problem, then it probably means you accidentally changed something in your settings (may want to try going back to the configuration assistant to reload it)
