Configure bridging and infill outline overlap individually
Please allow infill and bridging to be individually configurable for outline overlap. I can afford to have bridging overlap more, than I can have my infill overlap. These should be separate options. Please maintain extra inflation distance option as is, since it does not play a role in this request. Thanks.
