i model tube in inventor ,3dprint preview-save to pipe.stl
so i open file in repg it show all fine (cant setup pla temperatures) ,it print with support
but 230c nozzle /110c bed too hot for pla and i get waves -but it finish print even it's ruined printt
oh i setup in firmware x -y offset recommended by simplify3d

so i read a bit more ,and all say this soft is best ,so i use paypal and buy it
i get setup for my printer (ctc bizer dual extruder) and all fine
i look detailed print ,change material to pla hi details ,under temperatures i setup bed 60c right nozzle 215 (even on print he heat up to 110/230 again)
so i sent over usb ,,error like he dont support printing file ,but i press second it started to heat up
and he start to print and he stops ,lost connection ,and i got blob of pla ...
reading a bit i put communication to hardware lvl under setup ,ppl say it's recommended ,,,
so i did again and he print but pla this time wont stick to blu tape and that is wierd
i print from repg some bottle opener and was ok ,i even needed to use knife to un-glue

so what i do wrong ?

and one more how to setup 215 nozzle and 60c bed temperatures in this super expensive program ?
ppl say 215c and 60c is recommended for pla ,is it ?

help

ok i solved temperature error (in printer options was ignore temp setting was ON so after off it take gcode temp)
but still have usb errors (sd card work fine now)
i look again all power savings i can find .all usb are off ,pc is off ,hdd cpu lcd is off ,all work on max
i rice baud to max i write 1023 under setup from 63 (i know my printer have max 64 or like memory but)
hardware flow is on ,,and still same
error error after errrooor

other slicers work fine even free ,dont know why i pay this 150$ and use sd like in stone age ....

What USB port are you using? USB 2 or 3? Try a different one. Make sure your cable is not over 9 feet and no extensions etc., hook directly to PC not through a hub. Try another cable.
Go back and set baud etc. to defaults.

have only one usb 3 ,and that dont work (one with i5 and win 10 x64)
on other laptop is usb 2 win 7 ,from all 4 none work (i5 older win 7 x64 )
each time on start it make blob and after 10x warning lost communication i stop print

oh i switch from orginal 1/2 m cable to 2 other same length + 1m shielded same results
and what is wierd ,replicatorg ,slic3r work just fine over usb even hub (compared with s3d from sd card print s3d look better but)

If you haven't already then look for the baud and any other port settings in the other software and replicate those settings and see if any better.
