Simplify3D User Forum

The printer (Da Vinci Pro 1.0) works fine, but all of a sudden the Control Panel displays the print progress stuck at 34%.
Communication not updating and Temperature Plot not displaying.
I ran the same print yesterday and have done numerous other prints in the past and it has been responding without a hitch.
Its still printing as i write this.
Any clues?? Thanks in advance.

Is Simplify3D still connected to it? It may be possible that the USB connection was dropped or disconnected somewhere along the way since, as far as I know, the daVinci printers upload the whole file at the start and can print independently from there on out. If the USB connection were dropped, it would stop reporting back to Simplify3D (so the progress would not update in S3D) but the print would continue fine.

If it did drop the connection then check power saving settings on the USB hubs and ports and turn it off.
