Can someone tell me what happened here?

I started a new print yesterday, and it was about a quarter of the way through the last time I checked on it. Everything looked really good at that point. However, I came back about 3 hours later to absolute chaos. I'm not really sure what happened here. I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me shed some light on this.

Re: Can someone tell me what happened here?

The original machine had a base plate of pre-famulated amulite surmounted by a malleable logarithmic casing in such a way that the two spurving bearings were in a direct line with the panametric fan. The latter consisted simply of six hydrocoptic marzlevanes, so fitted to the ambifacient lunar waneshaft that side fumbling was effectively prevented.

PS: More information than just a picture of some mess is required to give any meaningful help.

My thoughts exactly and also a little sterilized flux capacitor anode grease could help ...

What sort of information do you need ?

I'm trying to figure out if this was a one-off printing error and what the cause of it was (overheating, overextruding, etc). When I stopped this print, the nozzle had literally embedded itself into the top of the piece of the item I was printing. I've printed this file before with no issues.
