New Creator Pro - Prints not correctly sized.

I have a Flashforge New creator pro with latest version on Simpliy3d. The tolerances of the prints are always undersized of actual measurements. I have been designing complicated gear sets and multiple parts for assembly and I can not get the designed measurements to print correctly. I am new to Simplify3d and the Creator pro but Have been designing and printing for a few years with an Afinia h479 with very repeatable accuracy. I get very nice looking prints with the Creator pro and simplify3d but the lack of accuracy is disappointing.
How do I adjust the printer or the software to correct this issue.

If the prints are always too small, you might be under-extruding. I would try increasing the extrusion multiplier some

First things to check are these: Did you update the firmware using Flashprint? Should be on Sailfish 7.8.
What profile are you using? There is a FFCP profile or the Replicator 1 dual, NOT Replicator 2 Dual.
I have heard people say using the Replicator 2 waill cause reduced sizes.

Just some thoughts.

Re: New Creator Pro - Prints not correctly sized.

Well I have the same issues. ID and OD are out about .5 mm Wall thickness on the 20x20x20 cube is thick. Tried changing multiplyer layer thickness and a hole shit load of settings one at a time. No luck. Put the same stl files in replicator and they come out near perfect. I have read a few other post and so far no fix.
I guess if I need something to be acurate I'll have to use Replicator until the issue is resoved.

Cheers

I'm not sure what "issue" you are referring to, but I print parts on the FFCP all the time with nearly perfect dimensions, so the software is definitely capable of doing it assuming you have calibrated correctly.

Also, if you have changed all those settings you mentioned and saw no change, then you are DEFINITELY doing something wrong. Many of those should have a large impact.

Re: New Creator Pro - Prints not correctly sized.

There are other post. The people having the issue are all about .5 mm out of tolerance. As far as the changes they did make a difference but in quality not size. I'm happy with the program but trying to make something in 2 pieces to fit one inside the other or a hole for a bushing is hit and miss.

Update:
I always drew my stuff in inches for my CNC but switched to metric for 3D printing.
I decided to try a print in inches and let the Simpify3d convert it. This made a very acurate print.
Issue solved for me.
