Changing printing direction

Hello,
last night I tried to print a huge case. The print should have taken about 15 hours, but it failed. The pneumatic fitting was unscrewed. The reason is very simple because I have only a thin wall at the outside and Simplify3D printed counterclockwise so the Bowden somehow unscrewed the pneumatic fitting.
Is there any possibility to change the printing behaviour?
