Saved Files = 0Kb

When I save my sliced models on to anything, laptop hard drive, USB, SD Card. They are created but never anything in them just empty files. It has happen all of a sudden and on both my Duplicator i3 and E3d Bigbox?
Not sure what is wrong or how to resolve it
