Simplify3D User Forum

I am starting to add a parts fan to my printer, and I need to be able to tell S3D what fan it is.

To turn on the fan manually, I can do M106 P2 S255.

But S3D doesn't seem to have any concept of numbered fans.

You can edit the Tools > Firmware Configuration settings if you need to change what command it sent for turning on the fan. You can also use some post-processing scripts to do the same thing (replace M106 with M106 P2, etc)
