Surface layer gaps.

I have this bracket I printed. If you can see I have gaps around the holes and some other areas. I am using 100% infill and 50% overlap.
Before I go experimenting on settings I wanted to see what you guys recommend.

PLA, 210, 60 temps. I think!

Factory should be attached.

The part looks pretty good and your settings are quite close to perfect....so don't need much changing.

Personally, I would increase the extrusion multiplier to 0.95, slow the solid infill speed down by 10% and increase the extrusion temp by a few degrees.

If you start to get blobs at the end of perimeters, switch on coasting...

I appreciate the feedback. That is why I asked! The part is good but can use some tweaking. This and other parts will be going on a new printer so I want to make sure I have them as good as I can get.

Thanks again, I will try it out and report back.
