Unable To Connect

I have set up a new PC - Windows 10, Wanhoa Duplicator 4S, S3D.

On first attempt when I tried to print S3D informed me via a popup that the requested printer did not support X3G, when it does.

All subsequent attempts to print showS3G informing me that printing is taking place, but there is no activity on the printer.

I need to get back to S3G checking what the printer supports, however this doesn't seem possible. Having made up itd mind that my ;printer does not support X3G S3D will not check again. I've tried everything I can think of to persuade S3D to try again, but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Unable To Connect

Make sure you have the correct serial drivers installed and that you're selecting the right port. Also make sure that nothing else is connected. Makerbot has background services that you need to disable if you don't want those getting in the way
