variable print speed and cooling within a layer

I would pay for this as a plugin or advanced feature of S3D. I see the interface working in a way that you paint on the model in the 3D workspace to indicate areas that would slow down or speed up. Think of it like a heat map of sorts. The model would show existing settings based on the settings and suggested speeds, but the user could edit the speed/cooling map to force slower or faster speeds for printing and the cooling fans.
