After installing 3.1.1 on my iMac (MacOS) every time i launch the program my Machine size is reset to 0. I tried going back to 3.1.0 but now it has the same problem. Any help?

Are you sure you didn't do something like enter 0,0,0 for the build volume on the G-Code tab of your process settings? If so, that will override your build volume with 0,0,0 every time you load or use that process

I'm seeing the same issue after installing 3.1.1 on macOS 10.12. Is it possible that the issue arises under certain conditions from no longer initializing based upon the last Process setting used?
I typically clear the interface before I quit the application by selecting File > New. The next time I start it, the old behavior was to show the build platform preview for the last machine I used. Now it shows fragments of something I don't recognize (maybe zoomed way in?). If I import a model at that point, I get the message "Cannot auto arrange. Largest part exceeds build dimensions." However, if I first select a Process by clicking either the "Edit Process Settings" or "Add" button, the build platform preview appears and then models import and auto arrange normally.

The previous poster said he had the same behavior in 3.1.0, so that makes me think it has nothing to do with the new update. Do you see the same thing in 3.1.0?

Actually he said "after going back to 3.1.0 it now ..."
I found after uninstalling 3.1.1 and installing 3.1.0 again it remembered things from the 3.1.1 install even though I install to a different drive and directory.
I had to restore my machine back to before the 3.1.1 install to get things back working ok. Granted I am not on a Mac.
