Hide settings for unused extruders, please

To prevent such irritations I would recommend to show only the used extruders in the settings menü or at least to select them by default.
In a configuration with "right extruder only" ist the default activation of the settings for the unused left extruder misleading.
So please hide the left extruder in such a case or make it not selectable. The same for the right extruder in the configuration "left extruder only".
