Dual Extrusion Bug?

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but here I go.

So when ever I use the dual extrusion wizard, I set the base profile to my usual profile for my left extruder. This profile only accounts for that extruder, and not the right extruder. Under the dual extrusion group, the two different colors are selecting the different models, however they both still say they are the left extruder profile. But when I go to print, it works. Even though both of the profiles are set to do the left extruder, one does it on the left, and one on the right. Even changing the view to active toolhead in prepare to print shows that both extruders work, it is just the profiles in the editing section that shows they will both print with the left extruder.

Anyone know if this is supposed to happen? I just wish the profile automatically changed it to the right extruder so that I could see.

Well what printer are you using? Did you create the profile on your own or is it a stock one provided by S3D?

Using the dual extrusion wizard has been pretty straight forward for me. I just select the profile for my dual extruder machine that I downloaded from the configuration assistant, and then choose what models are printed by the right or left extruder.
