Ability to set the Vertical Separation layers in 0,01mm

I am currently having a problem whereby my model is fusing to the dense support layer and it is extremely difficult to remove.
When I use a setting of 0 for the "Upper Vertical Separation Layers" the underside of my model is partly fused to the dense support layer and extremely difficult to remove.
However on the bits that I can remove, the quality on the underside of the model is perfect.

If I change the "Upper Vertical Separation Layers" to a 1, then the gap is to high as the underside of my model that was supposed to rest on the dense support layer is very untidy and stringy.
What I would like to have is the ability to change the "Vertical Separation" distance in 0,01mm increments and not by layer number as it is currently set.
